When should I make a reservation?
To secure availability, we advise booking 2–3 weeks early, particularly in the high season which runs from May to September. For business functions or private events, reserving your spot 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended to guarantee availability and allow time for personalization.
What is the procedure if weather conditions are unfavorable?
Our primary concern is safety. Should the captain determine the weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose a different date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a vigilant watch on the weather and will reach out to you if conditions seem uncertain 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, we welcome you to bring personal food and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. Additionally, we offer a variety of catering services and can tailor the menu to your preferences. It's important to note that for safekeeping, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.
Is there accessibility for guests with mobility challenges on your yachts?
Our goal is to accommodate all guests, and while some of our yachts are more accessible than others, we encourage reaching out to us during the reservation process to talk about specific requirements. We'll make sure to suggest the most accessible yacht available and make any needed preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
A full refund is given for cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before the departure time. If a cancellation is made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure, a 50% refund is issued. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our side.
